Being part of our community is incredibly important to the core of what we believe in at Tara Rose Salon. Our mission is to be a one-of-a-kind brand, building women up and unlocking who they are at the core. We believe that in order to build up and empower the women of our community, we must support and help empower them.
Making a measurable, permanent impact on the lives of others is not something that we take lightly. Within our own company, we believe that education and continuous growth is the key to empowering our staff and leaving them feeling fulfilled in their professional and personal lives. We regularly provide opportunities for sharing senior staff to share knowledge and skills in a mentoring capacity, in addition to offering courses and training through our Academy.
But beyond our doors, we want to help the women of our community who have come to the UAE for the opportunity to work towards becoming a powerful force for change in their families, communities back home and even their nations. This is what our Beauty With A Purpose movement is about.
Through this movement, we donate time and beauty products to organisations and directly to women in labour camps in order to help those who cannot afford these luxury items. Although these items are for health and hygiene, it’s also about dignity and feeling beautiful. These products which may be something we take for granted, aren’t easily accessible for many women and something as simple as a body spray or scented lotion can make someone’s day.
For our 2022 Initiative, we’ll be accepting donations of toiletry items (as indicated on the list below) at all of our branches until December 20, 2022. Join us as we continue our annual Beauty With A Purpose initiative to make a difference in our community.
